Suggestions from this great talk from Jason Fried at TEDxMidWest to remedy "Meetings and Managers" problems in businesses today

• Please don't bother people — uninterupted time is the best gift we can give anybody at work
• Just switch from active communication and collaboration (eg: face-to-face) to passive model (eg: email, internet messenger) — or another things that someone else can put away and then get back to you (interupted) on their own schedule
• If you have the power, just cancel next meeting! — just forget about meetings, and things will be just fine
